This is not an emergency service. If someone has chest pain, stroke signs, severe breathing difficulty, heavy bleeding or collapse, call 999 or go to A&E. We work alongside the NHS, not instead of it.
About this service
Urgent home care is for situations that cannot wait for a routine slot but are not a 999 emergency: a rapidly worsening infection, a patient who has become much more unwell since yesterday, or a discharge that has unravelled. If chest pain, stroke signs, severe breathing difficulty or heavy bleeding are present, call 999.

Working alongside your NHS team
We do not replace your NHS GP, district nurse, consultant or A&E. We add private capacity at home. If you already have an NHS package, tell us so we do not duplicate or confuse the plan.

From-price for urgent, same-day home care in the core area, subject to clinician availability.
After your visit
If hospital is needed, we say so clearly. We do not delay emergency care to complete a private visit.
Where we cover
Home visits across Lurgan, Craigavon, Portadown and Banbridge as core cover, with Lisburn, Armagh, Dungannon and Belfast arranged with a travel note. Call with a postcode and we will confirm. A family member can book if the patient consents to be seen.

Is this instead of A&E?
No. If it might be life-threatening, call 999. Urgent home care is for serious but non-emergency problems when a clinician can safely see you at home.
