Home care changes the regulatory picture. This page is where we put the facts, including anything still being confirmed with the client before launch.
This is not an emergency service. If someone has chest pain, stroke signs, severe breathing difficulty, heavy bleeding or collapse, call 999 or go to A&E. We work alongside the NHS, not instead of it.
RQIA
Domiciliary care and nursing agencies in Northern Ireland are regulated by the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA). Nurse visits, personal care, live-in and palliative care at home are promoted only where the correct registration is in place. Registration details will be displayed here once confirmed. Until then, treat care-at-home pages as the intended service menu, not a claim of completed registration.
Clinicians
GPs are GMC-registered. Nursing staff are registered nurses. Care staff are AccessNI-checked. Indemnity is in place for clinical work. Named clinical lead details can be added here once signed off.
ISO
ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001 accreditations apply to our Lurgan site.
Medicines
IV therapy, vaccinations and any medication content on this site is informational, not promotional. Prescription-only medicines are not advertised by name. Suitability is a clinical decision.
Emergencies
We are not 999, A&E, or an ambulance service. Triage on this site is built to send you to emergency care when answers flag red.
