What we collect

Name, email, phone, postcode, who the care is for, service requested, appointment length, and the message you type. Triage answers stay in your browser unless you also submit a form.

Lawful basis

We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before a contract, and for our legitimate interest in answering you. Health details in a message are processed with your consent, given by ticking the privacy box, so we can arrange care. You can withdraw consent by emailing us. That will not affect care already provided.

Sharing

We use an email provider to deliver form messages to the clinic inbox. We do not sell your data. We may share relevant clinical information with your NHS GP when you ask us to.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to arrange care and meet clinical record duties, then in line with our records policy.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
