This is not an emergency service. If someone has chest pain, stroke signs, severe breathing difficulty, heavy bleeding or collapse, call 999 or go to A&E. We work alongside the NHS, not instead of it.
About this service
Home blood tests are for people who cannot easily get to the clinic: frail patients, busy parents, or anyone we are already seeing at home. The visit is phlebotomy plus safe storage and transport to the lab. Full health-check packages and walk-in clinic bloods are owned by Friends Medical Service, so we do not duplicate those ranking pages here.

Working alongside your NHS team
We do not replace your NHS GP, district nurse, consultant or A&E. We add private capacity at home. If you already have an NHS package, tell us so we do not duplicate or confuse the plan.

Pricing
From-price for a home phlebotomy visit. Laboratory panels are priced separately. Full clinic packages remain on the main Friends Medical Service site.
After your visit
Results come back to us. Abnormal results that need urgent NHS care are not held in a private queue.
Where we cover
Home visits across Lurgan, Craigavon, Portadown and Banbridge as core cover, with Lisburn, Armagh, Dungannon and Belfast arranged with a travel note. Call with a postcode and we will confirm. A family member can book if the patient consents to be seen.

Can I book a full health package at home?
Some tests can be done at home. Larger clinic packages, including those with ECG and multiple panels, are often better in Lurgan. We will tell you which.
